Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Without having to return the empty used bottles which is what I wanted. Let them know you contacted the Attorney General's office.

I bought a 6 bottle supply of Arialife online from Buygoods. I got charged 2 more times on September 21.

One for 279.11 and another for 416.73. It appears to be a scam.

This address this issue and refund these charges to my credit card 5178. If they are not immediately removed, I will be launching a dispute with my Mastercard agent.

Cannot contact for a refund

I have been given the run around for the last week. I didn't want this order and told them, but received it anyway.

I've sent three emails and have supplied the information they asked for. They were supposed to call me, but so far they haven't.

This must be a scam. If there were a lower rating I would give it to them.

They push and push their non-approved F.D.A. products that are not miracle cures. Really sad that some fall for their crap.

Talk to your Dr. first before wasting your $$$$.

Missing 3 bottles from my order. One month later only words, no action!

I ordered 12 bottles of NeuroSharp. In the package I received there were only 9, even though the ticket inside was for 12.

I have called and got nowhere, I have written multiple e-mails to the NeuroSharp address that I was told they would fix the problem, but Laura, the clerk responding has promised many times that within 24-48 hours the missing bottles would be on their way to me.

Lies after lies. They are simply DISHONEST and LIERS and they have kept MY MONEY.

BUYGOODS IS A SCAM

Bought their Aquasculpt for 6 months and they offered a reduced rate for 12 months, so I bought the 12-month offer instead, and did this within 1 minute. Buygoods charged my card twice - $305.91 and $241.02 within minutes.

I immediately called their number, complained, and told them to cancel both orders since they obviously cannot be trusted. They have proved me correct! They are supposed to refund $546.93 and they are literally piecemealing the refunds: $152.95 then $120.51. I called and complained, and they said they would refund the entire balance, but what I got was: $117.00 and then $3.51 (you read that right - $3.51!!!).

They still owe $152.96, and if I do not have a full refund of $152.96 within 12 hours of my next call, I will dispute the entire $546.93 with my Visa. Buygoods is not only a scam, but they are committing fraud on a credit card after they were told to cancel the entire order before they were ever able to ship it out.
