BUYGOODS IS A SCAM

Bought their Aquasculpt for 6 months and they offered a reduced rate for 12 months, so I bought the 12-month offer instead, and did this within 1 minute. Buygoods charged my card twice - $305.91 and $241.02 within minutes.

I immediately called their number, complained, and told them to cancel both orders since they obviously cannot be trusted. They have proved me correct! They are supposed to refund $546.93 and they are literally piecemealing the refunds: $152.95 then $120.51. I called and complained, and they said they would refund the entire balance, but what I got was: $117.00 and then $3.51 (you read that right - $3.51!!!).

They still owe $152.96, and if I do not have a full refund of $152.96 within 12 hours of my next call, I will dispute the entire $546.93 with my Visa. Buygoods is not only a scam, but they are committing fraud on a credit card after they were told to cancel the entire order before they were ever able to ship it out.

Missing 3 bottles from my order and after many calls have not fixed the problem!!!

I.have written MANY e-mails begging them to send me the bottles they missed in my shipment. Despite the high cost of the product and my insistence in having them ship the 3 missing bottles, almost one month later NOTHING.

This is THEFT and ABUSE of the customer!!!

Many words but NO resolution of the problem THEY CREATED. And no shame for STEALING from the customer!!!

Refund not received

Returned package without opening as direct but still have not received refund. returned merchandise the middle of October and haven't heard anything from the company yet.

Canceling my order i place yesterday /August 2nd/

Please cancel orders nr #8YUZ3VB2 and # 8YUZ3VBM for me.The produkt I had ordered is NEURO SHARP.This is one of several attempts to cancel this order. You are generating interest in this product base on false advertisements, using AI to put wards in peoples mouth- and the same people are warning publicly that this is scam!

User's recommendation: Be very cautious when ordering from them- the products they are selling are advertised using AI- and people they are using are denying any participation. Canceling orders are impossible, no reply to e-mail and telephone calls are always disconected

i tried to order but my card was declined, one day later over 700 dollars was charged on my for items i did not ordered, request my money be returned immediately.

Watched an ad by Dwayne Johnson for ed supplements and made a purchase for $321.00. I cannot find the info for the ad now and haven't got anything at all from the co.

My search told me that Dwayne Johnson is not affiliated with any co.

Like this.

However Buygoods has taken the payment according to my bank. If this is a scam I need a full refund as stated in the ad.
