This company is not interested in helping the customer at all. They don't even listen to you. They are only concerned with protecting themselves and their clients even when they are in the wrong.

Tried to call customer service twice and was disconnected twice
They have yet to respond to the item that was returned. I have tracking number and confirmation that it was delivered last Friday, 6 June 2025 to the designated P.O. Box.
