Notification and photo of delivery were shown, but FedEx did not knock or ring the doorbell. Items were 'stolen'... My bedroom is three feet away behind the wall from the picture. I would have heard the doorbell or the knock. My wife's caregiver would have also heard the knock or the doorbell. The items were for my wife who has dementia. I wanted to see if your product would give her some clarity. Now I have lost almost $600 and confidence in FedEx, as well as in your company, for not having a signature required upon delivery of what I consider a medical need. It's insane.
The items were stolen, and I certainly don't hold you responsible. That's just the nature of the world we live in. However, the process of insuring they aren't needs to be addressed. The photo, as you can see, does not show my name or anything. So, to be sure, I am not using online ordering anymore. As for the theft, I will let the police and the videos the Lodge is supposed to have handle that. Incidentally, FedEx delivery apparently does not knock or ring doorbells. At least, not for the last two deliveries I received.

I went online to request a refund on my PayPal account and was met by a website that was not very user-friendly. I managed to negotiate my way through and hope I made my point to them. I will await further communication on my request for a refund.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Sent an email to buygoods and they eventually responded to it.
Order numbers 1D 123451 and ID 123455 from 13 December 2024 for 9 bottles of Mentalist Pro.
I have received only 2 bottles out of the total order on 24 February 2025.
I would now prefer a refund for these 7 bottles.

I ordered 7 bottles of Mentalist Pro on 13 December 2024 at a cost of $411.00, this amount was taken from my credit card by Buy Goods immediately. I received no goods for a long time but using Pissed consumer eventually resulted in 2 and only 2 bottles being sent to me on 13 February 2025. Nothing since then.I suggest you beware of this companies, they are virtually impossible to contact from the UK.
In addition, I have a second order with you (placed on the same day 13 December) number ID123*** (*A2Z2URA) for 6 bottles of Mentalist Pro, both these orders have been paid for why am I still waiting for 7 bottles?

Complaint & Unsatisfactory refund practices, false promises. I'm beginning to think this company is a scam.
On August 4, 2024 I purchased set of 6 bottles of Sightcare that has 180 days money back guarantee and additionally to that they had another promo that if I purchase another set of 9 bottles it will only be for $281.23 because I felt it was such a deal I took it and I know that the 2nd offer is the one that has a lifetime no deadline on returning the products/bottle if it doesn't work. product for me and my significant other thinking that it would really help with our eyesight.
But after few months of using it nothing happened. Now due to me having conditions and being sick or ill a lot. I was able to get to the post office USPS for my daughter and significant other to go and mail the box which I prepared to get returned postmarked the morning of 1-31-2025 at 10:00 am and in here in the USA just like filing our Income taxes on April 16th every year, our return or mail is postmarked on the same day April 16 before midnight and it would still be honored and completely with that date. So that's what I did January 31, 2025 at 10:00 got my family member to mail it through USPS and at 1:00 pm on the same day I called Sightcare/Buygoods or Nature's Formula to provide them with the proof of shipping and the tracking number.
However at that point they're saying they couldn't push the button that says refund return my money back to the card that I used to pay them. They suggested to call my Credit card company Venmo/Synchrony which I did file a dispute with them. Only to find out after that Buygoods/Sightcare/Nature's Formula also closed my ticket or dispute even though no refund was processed. I wasn't advised properly on who to contact whether paypal first or my credit card issuer Venmo/Synchrony.
Now it is a battle of cat and mouse on this. I called my credit card company again to re-start and re-open the dispute for my account to be credited. Today 2-28-25 I called and all I get told is that they really couldn't do anything anymore as I passed the return deadline? I refuse to believe that this company operates like this claiming to say there's no button for them to press and click refund when Paypal also refuses to believe that.
I called and was on a call for a long time with a certain Ella after requesting to speak with someone higher to escalate this matter, because if they can't issue a credit on pressing a button, there is a refund processing called manually issuing a check refund. I refuse to believe that they expect for customers to just take it like that when the amount is more than $500.00???.

The customer service agent was very friendly and she was doing a great job in helping me to resolve my refund issue. She assured me that they had received the products back to their warehouse.

A upgrade to me means that you were changing your original purchase to something else not adding to the 3 bottle selection. I am on a limited budget and was not able to spend that much for the nine bottles.
The way that is written is very easily misinterpreted and this is why I returned all of the product. I am not a big fan of misinformation as I am sure you are not either.
