I talked with your representative in Customer Service, Andrea, on 07/16/2025, and the records there showed that the 3 items had been received at my Post Office in Sacramento, CA. However, I do not have those items (Gluco Armor - sugar supplements, 3 bottles) and do not have those items as ever received or ordered.
What do you show now about the history of this order and where it was last seen? I would like to definitely resolve this confusion and be returned the amount that was apparently paid for it. Please see original order and let me know what your records show. Thank you!

Need info about the order as I have not gotten anything from them
I watched a presentation by Dwayne Johnson for a suppliment and I ordered a six month supply that cost me $321.00. The only thing I got was a question from my bank as to did I make the purchase.
I told them yes it was me and they released the funds.
It has been 4 days and I have not recieved anything from the co. And I cannot find any referrence to the Rock or even the ad.

They have yet to respond to the item that was returned. I have tracking number and confirmation that it was delivered last Friday, 6 June 2025 to the designated P.O. Box.

Notification and photo of delivery were shown, but FedEx did not knock or ring the doorbell. Items were 'stolen'... My bedroom is three feet away behind the wall from the picture. I would have heard the doorbell or the knock. My wife's caregiver would have also heard the knock or the doorbell. The items were for my wife who has dementia. I wanted to see if your product would give her some clarity. Now I have lost almost $600 and confidence in FedEx, as well as in your company, for not having a signature required upon delivery of what I consider a medical need. It's insane.
The items were stolen, and I certainly don't hold you responsible. That's just the nature of the world we live in. However, the process of insuring they aren't needs to be addressed. The photo, as you can see, does not show my name or anything. So, to be sure, I am not using online ordering anymore. As for the theft, I will let the police and the videos the Lodge is supposed to have handle that. Incidentally, FedEx delivery apparently does not knock or ring doorbells. At least, not for the last two deliveries I received.

I am very satisfied.
They gave me a full refund on the product on the that I didn’t use and a Partial refund on the product I returned that I used part of your company is great thank you for your assistance and the other company. Good by goods has done me justice and was very kind and without any hesitation to return my money thank you so very very much.
I shipped back the item that I purchased and was told I would get a refund when they received it. I got it on Wednesday. Haven’t heard anything from him called today to find out and they don’t have a phone number anymore so now I’m out the money and the refund and the product.

Wow, please spend your hard earned $ elsewhere.
I was charged so many times for just ONE order. Different amounts same amounts, just all over the place.
There pricing is NO better then your neighborhood drug store.
And just like the local stores buy goods loves selling crap not worth a dime. We see them everyday everywhere, miracle cures.

I called 3×2 of the times the call dropped, and the last time they said they would call me in 48 hours, but I've been in the hospital for four days, and nobody's called me. I need to return them or get half my money back and not return them because I'm in the hospital, and I don't have anybody in Florida that I know who could go get them and return them. So please give me a call at 707-502-****.

Verified ReviewerBuyGoods didn't refund me for their ProNail antifungal spray that didn't cure my toenail fungus, as they claimed it would within the first week of using it.
The company offers a 100% money back guarantee if the nail fungus is not cured. When I phoned them after using the Pronail spray for 58 days, they said I should continue to use the product as it could take longer.
When I found it didn't work at all, and they wanted me to ship the product back to them, a supervisor said I would be able to get a full refund even if it would be outside the 60 day window. Now when I did ship the product back to them for the full refund (cost was $314.58 for 6 bottles) they say its well outside of their 60 day warranty period.
This is a terrible company, that doesn't stick to their word.
Their Pronail product doesn't work at all (for me). I'd advise anyone against purchasing from this company.
Should be renamed DON'T BuyGoods!

I went online to request a refund on my PayPal account and was met by a website that was not very user-friendly. I managed to negotiate my way through and hope I made my point to them. I will await further communication on my request for a refund.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Sent an email to buygoods and they eventually responded to it.
Order numbers 1D 123451 and ID 123455 from 13 December 2024 for 9 bottles of Mentalist Pro.
I have received only 2 bottles out of the total order on 24 February 2025.
I would now prefer a refund for these 7 bottles.
