Found the product was not doing anything for me and the taste was really bad. Other than that it may work for some people but for me it was not doing anything.

Having trouble returning an order
Took the pkg to Fed Ex and told them I refused it but it came BK to me, took it BK to FedEx told the guy what happened and he put a refused tag on it but it came BK to me again, I need to know where I can send it to get credit , thank you

Please cancel orders nr #8YUZ3VB2 and # 8YUZ3VBM for me.The produkt I had ordered is NEURO SHARP.This is one of several attempts to cancel this order. You are generating interest in this product base on false advertisements, using AI to put wards in peoples mouth- and the same people are warning publicly that this is scam!
User's recommendation: Be very cautious when ordering from them- the products they are selling are advertised using AI- and people they are using are denying any participation. Canceling orders are impossible, no reply to e-mail and telephone calls are always disconected

No contact from buygoods after making a purchase
Watched an ad by Dwayne Johnson for ed supplements and made a purchase for $321.00. I cannot find the info for the ad now and haven't got anything at all from the co.
My search told me that Dwayne Johnson is not affiliated with any co.

However Buygoods has taken the payment according to my bank. If this is a scam I need a full refund as stated in the ad.

Need info about the order as I have not gotten anything from them
I watched a presentation by Dwayne Johnson for a suppliment and I ordered a six month supply that cost me $321.00. The only thing I got was a question from my bank as to did I make the purchase.
I told them yes it was me and they released the funds.
It has been 4 days and I have not recieved anything from the co. And I cannot find any referrence to the Rock or even the ad.
I returned an item to you that apparently you did not receive and/or documentt as received. You have answered my return but I would like you to track the return if not sent yet. Thank youl
I talked with your representative in Customer Service, Andrea, on 07/16/2025, and the records there showed that the 3 items had been received at my Post Office in Sacramento, CA. However, I do not have those items (Gluco Armor - sugar supplements, 3 bottles) and do not have those items as ever received or ordered.
What do you show now about the history of this order and where it was last seen? I would like to definitely resolve this confusion and be returned the amount that was apparently paid for it. Please see original order and let me know what your records show. Thank you!
